Human Capital Consultant
Susie Garciais a human capital consultant with over eighteen years of experience serving as a corporate human resource manager. Savor Strategies is proud to have her on our team where she applies her vast knowledge base to clients ranging from independent, boutique restaurants to large corporate chains and franchises. Most recently, Susie worked as a regional human resource manager for Noodles & Company, after serving as a business consultant for McDonald’s Corporation, working as corporate liaison to five franchise organizations in the DFW area. This included working with restaurant teams of thirty-four restaurants.
Susie brings over twenty-five years of experience in the restaurant industry, which began “on fries.” Her experience includes human resources, restaurant management, administrative regional roles, regional customer satisfaction, training, and field operations. Susie’s work experience also includes teaching ninth grade high school in Bastrop, Texas. She devoted four years to teaching World Geography, English I, and Government. Susie is an advocate and role model for continuous development on both a professional and personal level. She was a national facilitator and trainer for career development, teaching leadership, networking and mentoring skills to managers all over the US. Susie is a certified Covey Focus facilitator. She is currently pursuing an MBA with a human resources management concentration.
On a personal note, Susie is a mother of an aspiring chef Andre, who attended Le Cordon Bleu in Dallas, Texas. She also has two furry children (dogs): Ellie and Ricky.
